I had the honor and privilege of bringing an Inside Flow Master Class to the DeLand Yoga Fest! 💫

As I look back at the clips, surrounded by friends, students, and colleagues I’ve done life with, I feel incredibly humbled, grateful, and so very happy. These are the moments that remind me why I teach.

The people who show up with open hearts and a willingness to keep learning are truly my kind of people. You inspire me to continue sharing the love of movement, again and again.

What made this class even more special is that I personally selected the song and choreographed the flow. It has now been officially approved and will be published for Inside Flow teachers around the world to share. A true full-circle moment!

The DeLand Yoga Fest was built on love and community, and I’m so thankful to have been invited to teach. Big shout out to Kristy Boyer, Heather McIver, and Hot Yoga Deland for creating such a meaningful space.

Thank you Inside Flow for the gift of music and movement we get to pass on. I’m proud to represent Inside Flow-USA and was especially honored to have fellow flow teachers in the room.
