Sherri has an intensive background in yoga, Pilates, fitness, dance and hand balancing. She is known for enhancing the performance of her athletes and students through strength, balance and flexibility work. Her background also includes injury prevention for athletes.

Sherri’s personal training is extensive and she has traveled worldwide and studied with some of the world’s best coaches and teachers. If you are looking to refine your movements and techniques, Sherri will be the perfect teacher for you.

She teaches athletes, teachers, studio owners and students of all levels how to gain strength in their bodies and move with grace on and off the mat. 

She teaches 1:1 privates (in-person and online) on a daily basis, and weekly small group classes along with Master Classes in Yoga Alignment, Inside Flow and Handstand Training.

Kaley teaches a dynamic Flow 60 class every Friday night. Her background includes the study of anatomy, physiology, and the intelligence of movement. Kaley began her journey with STUDIO 311 as a student, but with her commitment and dedication to the practice of yoga, she quickly became a Certified Yoga Instructor.

STUDIO 311 students love that Kaley’s classes are safe and effective no matter what your level of experience. Kaley keeps her music fun and playful. Her techniques and teaching help you to experience and achieve a solid foundation in your movement.

Meet Becca

Becca Dennis is an Instructor

Stretch & Strengthen
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certified

Becca is a runner and a yogi. Her background with a variety of sports will shine through in her Stretch & Strengthen class. Yoga is the newest passion of hers, but has taken to it quickly. She has spent the past two years training at Studio 311 and it has improved every area of her fitness journey.

In the past year, she ran her first half marathon, began practicing handstands, and became a certified yoga instructor. Becca’s teacher training included an extensive concentration in Vinyasa (combining movement and breath) and proper body alignment.

Becca’s Stretch & Strengthen class is perfect for anyone who wants to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Her upbeat playlist sets the tone for a fun and challenging practice. Join her on Saturday mornings to kick the weekend off right.

Laura Burkhart is an E-RYT 500 International teacher and featured online yoga teacher for Yoga International, Om Stars, Grokker, Yoga Vibes and My Yoga Work. Laura teaches smart, creative, well-rounded and intelligently sequenced classes. Her classes are invigorating with a smooth, rhythmic flow. She is adept at catering to different levels and abilities, ensuring that all of her students feel welcome and at ease.

Her extensive studies under primary teacher Jason Crandell, and trainings under Shiva Rea, Yoga Works and Senior Iyengar teachers, taught her smart sequencing and precise alignment, as well as the benefit of fluid movement and creativity, all of which influenced her eclectic instruction style.


Stretch & Sweat
Rose is an NYC based performer who is always thrilled to entertain! She is a proud Dance Performance graduate of Oklahoma City University.

Her dynamic and high energy classes include flexibility work, conditioning and a full body stretch and strengthening experience.

Jana is a Yoga Teacher that specializes in movement and body physiology along with Ayurveda therapies. Jana received a Masters Degree in Sports and Healthy Lifestyle followed by Physical Therapy education and loves to share the knowledge with all her students.

Jana is RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified and has taught yoga, nutrition & healthy lifestyle living for many years.
