Ready to get your handstands to the next level? 

In this class, you will learn techniques and skills to dial in that freestanding handstand, learn fantastic shapes, and get more time on your hands.

To improve your handstand practice, put time on your hands. After mastering your straight-line handstand, then you can start working on transitioning to shapes. 

Learn how to increase your time under tension so your body can adapt to strength and balance.

I teach my students to kick to a straight line and other entries such as a tuck jump, straddle jump or pike jump. 

These are some things we work on in our monthly handstand classes. Come learn how to build a solid foundation.
