
Studio 311 Yoga Teams Up with Amanda’s Dance Center!
This June, Studio 311 Yoga instructor Sherri brought movement, mindfulness, and strength to Amanda’s Dance Center during their annual Summer Dance Intensive. As a Guest Instructor, she led two dynamic sessions designed to complement and elevate a dancer’s training:

These young dancers were incredible—open, enthusiastic, and ready to work! Through breath-led movement and fun challenges, they learned how yoga can support their growth as artists and athletes.
